Green ..

“When you look around what is the colour you see the most?’’

I was asked this question recently by a friend, kanti- Chef and permaculture expert in Bali…

“Green” I answered

“it makes sense then doesn’t it, to eat more greens. Green is the colour of life- health”

I pondered this after our conversation, and thought about it..

Green fruit and vegetables will bring better health,

More trees and plants in the back yard will bring a better oxygen supply.

Its that simple.

Wear green to balance your heart chakra. Drink and eat green to feel good. Dig in the garden. Walk barefoot, climb a tree, lay on the grass. Promote a greener lifestyle. Become more sustainable. Use your own bags and containers/ ditch the plastic. Pick up some rubbish on your walk (take 3 effect: This will make you feel good and the world a better place. Start small, make a difference.
