All orders are shipped on a Monday
Shipping anywhere in Australia can take up to 12 days *
Shipping international varies between 2-4 weeks *
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Please make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Once order has been sent we are unable to reroute packages.
Prices displayed on the website are GST free. Payments are made to, and invoices are from ABN 12 982 838 171 – an Australian Individual/Sole-Trader not registered for GST.
We will only exchange or refund goods if there has been a mistake or product was faulty or damaged. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Any goods that are returned due to faulty must be returned unused, in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement for you, we will issue a refund.
In the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
We are not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee
