Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, including when using a discount code.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For clothing items we will offer exchange or credit note only, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost is at the customer's expense, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when posting the return as we are not liable for lost goods. Each item will be inspected upon return to ensure it has not been worn, washed or altered from its original condition. From there we will either approve or decline your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange on clothing, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
